A good enough reason to start to our blog, Boytjie Braai sauce featured on The For those of you who are not familiar with the here’s a description taken from their site

“The Dieline’s purpose is to define and promote the world’s best package design, and provide a place where the package design community can review, critique and stay informed of the latest trends and projects being created in the field.”

We worked closely with local illustration house Studio Muti to develop the brands look and feel.

There’s definitely a trend to use food photography in this category and because we hate the idea of blending in we decided to go with bright, bold and beautifully crafted typography. Braaing (BBQing) is a very hands on and creative experience and we like to think the handcrafted labels echo these similarities.
