The art of making Flaming Tiger Sriracha
It all starts with 100% locally grown Jalapenos ?
Our farmers grow us the most perfect and consistently hot sun-ripened red Jalapeños. The chillies are picked at just the right time, palletised and sent down to us within days of the harvest.
Unleashing the power of Umami ?
Our Jalapenos are then minced and left to ferment slowly releasing beautiful Umani flavours that work like a natural MSG. The precise fermentation time needed release the perfect amount of Umami flavours is closely guarded secret.
Fresh Ingredients, locally sourced ??
The fermented chilli pulp is then blended (including seeds for the heat) to a very fine consitency. We then add salt, vinegar, sugar and lots of fresh garlic to our chilli pulp to create our famous Flaming Tiger Sriracha Sauce. From here we either pack the Sriracha or if we're making Srircha Mayo there are a few more steps.
Egg free & cruelty free ?
We then move to large mixing tanks where we gently mix our fresh Sriracha Sauce with creamy and savoury Vegan mayonaise.
